A subscriber may use the 3D animation videos in social media, digital marketing, patient education, as edited into physician interviews, at point of care, on tablets, on your website, in presentations, in seminars, on waiting room TVs. How do we license?
We license the 3D video animations to you on a per Video, per Location, per Year basis.
How much does a video cost?
$$$ each, with volume discounts available.
Each video is licensed Per Video, Per Location, Per Year.

How many videos do I have to license in order to get the volume discount?
You receive volume discounts by licensing an entire service line.
What is a location?
Since the 3D videos are licensed by video, per location, per year – the location where you will be using the video becomes important. The easiest way to think of a location is to think of it as a building. If you your clinic has five locations across town, each one is a location and if you want to use the animations for all five locations the license price per year becomes [video title] X [# locations].
May I put the videos I have licensed on my website?
Yes. Your broad use license allows you to put the videos you license on the website associated with the location you licensed the video for. You may not buy one license and then put that video on may websites. To do that you must secure a license for each website.
May I put the videos I have licensed on the consumer-facing part of my website?
Yes.
May I put the videos I have licensed on ALL my websites?
Yes, as long as you order a license for each location the websites represent. So, if you have many websites, you simply add the street addresses (locations) associated with that location.
What if all my locations use the same website?
No problem. When you buy, you will have to secure license corresponding to the number of locations you have. For example – you have 11 locations around town that all use the same website, you need to license the videos each for 11 locations.
How do I register for an account?
Simply visit the store website at http://store.ExclaimHealthMedia.com, click “Sign Up” in the upper right hand corner and fill out the fields. Upon complete registration you will receive an email confirming your registration and asking you to verify the account by clicking the link in the email. You must click this link to complete registration. The email also asks you to remember your login credentials and keep them in a safe place.
What is a Service Line?
A service line of videos equates to a category like Orthopedics, Cardiology, Oncology etc. The number of videos per service line varies. You can see them listed along the left side of the website in desktop view.
Service Line Purchase.
You may purchase an entire service line of video licenses from Exclaim Health Media’s 3D Animation Store. A service line of videos equates to a category like Orthopedics, Cardiology, Oncology etc. When you purchase a service line of videos you receive all the videos in that category. Additionally, whenever we create new videos for this category, you will automatically have access to that video by logging in in to your account and download it. You will not be charged additionally for that new video until your annual renewal comes of date. At that point we simply adjust up the price of the service line to accurately reflect the new number of videos in that service line.
What if I want to buy the entire library?
Simply just reach out to us via the contact link explaining you are interested in licensing the entire library.
What if you want a topic/video that is not in the library?

to access the contact form. It could be that what you're asking for is already being worked on, and if not – if we get enough requests for a particular topic/video we will make that title next. It takes about two-three months to create one of these animations.

What are the payment options?
We currently accept these credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, UnionPay, Visa.
How are the videos delivered to me?
Videos are made available to you as a download from your account.
How do I download videos I have licensed?
To download videos, log in to your account on the library website at http://store.ExclaimHealthMedia.com, go to “My Video List” under your account, look for the new Title and click download. It’s as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account at the store website, click your name, choose “account settings,” and then “Password”.
I have forgotten my password.
Use the password reset feature on the login page. Go to the store website to log in and click the “Forgot your password?” link. Follow instructions.
How do I change my email address?
Log in to your account, click your name, choose “account settings,” change your email address, click “save changes.”
How do I change my locations?
Log in to your account, click your name, choose “my locations” and click the “edit” button next to each location.
How do I change my Default location?
Log in to your account, click your name, choose “my locations”, pick one of your locations by clicking “edit” and then check the “default” check mark at the bottom of the page that pops up. Click save.
New and Updated Videos
If you previously have licensed an entire service line of videos you will be automatically notified of new videos for that category whenever we create a new one. You would then be able to log in to your account and download that video. See more under Service Line Purchase. To download videos, log in to your account, click your name, choose “my video list,” look for the new title and click download. It’s as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
When do my license(s) expire?
Your license(s) are good for 365 days and will auto renew at the end of that cycle with a charge to the credit card you used to buy the license with. You will receive notifications of upcoming license renewals four weeks before they expire as well as one week before they expire, giving you ample time to manage therenewals.
What happens if I don't renew the license?
You will need to immediately remove any and all occurrences of the videos and, if applicable, any still images extracted from the videos as to not be in breach of the license agreement and subject to the terms therein. This means removing the videos from all, but not limited to, your social media feeds, digital marketing campaigns, any and all websites, tablets, waiting room TV programming feeds, physician interviews featuring the videos.
